The myPhotos privacy policy was formed to help you understand how we collect and handle your personal information.
Be assured that myPhotos is dedicated to the privacy and data security of its users. We will not, under any circumstances besides when in cooperation with law enforcement, share, sell, or otherwise disseminate your personal information to anyone outside of the company or company partners. Furthermore, your information is kept secure by electronic and internal methods. For instance, only authorized employees who have signed a contractual oath and are therefore legally bound to keep your information secure have access to this information. We do however retain the right to keep and use your information for in-house marketing purposes.
You may ask, "What happens to my pictures when I upload them? Where do they go? Are they safe?" When you log on to myPhotos with a user account, our secure servers log and save your information (such as uploaded photos) so you can easily access this information at a later time. You retain full ownership and responsibility of your media while it is stored in our servers. Your material will not be deleted without your consent unless (i) you are idle for an extended period of time (e.g. over a year), (ii) we are alerted that your materials are a breach of the terms and conditions of our site in which case your materials will be seized, (iii) or, you formally ask us to remove this information.
